How can I track my order?

How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3 to 8 business days depending on your location within the United Kingdom. In total, estimated delivery takes 4 to 11 business days.
How long does a refund take?
Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
What is your return policy?

How do I return an item?
To start a return, please email Support@marvin-london.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for the return, and our team will send you the return instructions.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payment methods available at checkout, including major credit and debit cards. If store credit, gift cards, or promotional codes are available, these can also be applied during checkout where applicable.

We recommend checking the size guide on the product page before placing your order. This is the best way to find the fit that suits you best.
How should I care for my clothing?
We recommend washing garments at 30°C with similar colours to help preserve their quality. Avoid bleach, and where suitable, air dry or tumble dry on a low setting. Always check the care label inside the item first, as some fabrics may need more specific care.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
If you receive an item with a manufacturing fault or quality issue, please contact us and we’ll review the matter as quickly as possible. We always aim to offer a fair solution where a genuine product issue is identified.

What are your shipping costs?
We offer free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom. There are no hidden charges, and any applicable costs will always be shown clearly at checkout.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to help if your order has not yet been processed. Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
My tracking says delivered, but I haven’t received my parcel. What should I do?
First, please check around your delivery address, with neighbours, or in any safe place the parcel may have been left. You should also check for any delivery notes from the courier. If you still cannot find your parcel, contact the courier directly first, then email us at Support@marvin-london.com with your order number and tracking details so we can assist further.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Please contact us immediately if you notice an address mistake after placing your order. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to update it. If it has already been shipped, changes may no longer be possible.
I haven’t received an order confirmation email. What should I do?
Order confirmation emails are usually sent shortly after your purchase is completed. Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still haven’t received it, contact us at Support@marvin-london.com and we’ll help confirm your order details.

Do you offer exchanges?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, colour, or style, we recommend placing a new order once your return has been approved.
What are the return costs?
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will assist with the return at no extra cost where applicable. For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for arranging and covering the return shipping cost themselves.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Please email Support@marvin-london.com as soon as possible and include your order number, a short explanation of the issue, and clear photos of the item. Our team will review everything and work with you on a suitable solution.
Can I return an item after the return period has ended?
Our standard return window is 30 days from delivery. If this period has passed, we may not be able to accept the return, but you are still welcome to contact us and we’ll review your situation.
How long does it take to process a return?
Once your return has arrived and has been inspected, we aim to process it as quickly as possible. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, and you’ll be notified by email.
